HOW DOES GO EAST! WORK?

The brochure lists compelling discounts offered by each participant along with editorial representations of each business.  Customers present a pull-out Go East! card to obtain their discount.

The Rewards Program works as follows:
  • Offers and discounts propel shoppers to your stores.

  • Merchant honors discount, tracks customer information and usage.

  • Customer saves receipts.

  • Once the customer has spent $500 at participating local businesses, he or she submits eligible receipts at the BID office or by mail.

  • Customer receives rewards package ($50 value) from the BID in gift certificates to various, participating Lower East Side businesses and restaurants.  **If you'd like to be a REWARDS business, please contact us today.**
